Survivors: A daughter, Elizabeth Hart of Fulton; two sons, Richard II of Richland and William of Little Falls; three sisters, Esther Kimpel of North Syracuse, Doris Pike of Altmar and Retha Spink of Richland; a brother, Robert of Altmar; three grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Fosler-Hax Funeral Home. Burial Maple Lawn Cemetery, Dugway. References
