[edit] Information on Rees ThomasDEATH: Deposition made that Rees Thomas died Aug 9 1789 that he committed suicide. Sept 28 1789 exec. Evan Thomas. WILL: Last will of Rees Thomas produced in court by oaths of John Harris, Michael Ford, Peter Shoemaker. Evin Thomas the executor, entered bond with security, John Thomas the other executor having refused to take the burden of execution of said will. Josiah Davison, Geo Christman, Frances Green and William Dunlap appraise the estate. He owned land that Philip Parrott had built a mill on. The land belonged to Rees Thomas 1783, then passed to Evan Thomas by 1800 then James Williamson 1803, Jacob and Isaac Parrott by 1803, then Abraham Zimmerman and then Philip Parrott 1818.
