Roy A Weston.
The name on her gravestone is "Phoebe Stewart Weston." But she had children named Stewart from her first marriage, so Stewart is unlikely to be her maiden name. It is more likely to be McFadgen, or something similar, because Roy Weston's California death record reported his mother's name as Mcfadgen.
