- To son Richard, at death of his mother-in-law, land which test. bought from Thomas Smith and Daniel Dulaney, he to make over to son Arthur, 500 acres. Rock Cr. land left him by his mother Sarah, dec'd.
- To son Hancock 1/2 land taken up at Rock Cr. and plantations bought from Joseph and James Brook.
- To son Corbin, residue of land taken up at Rock Cr. and 200 acres. "Rehoboth" given test. by his father Col. Richard of Va.
