We the subscriber Heirs to the Estate of Peter Talbot Late of Stoughton Deceased Request that Samuel Talbot of Stoughton Gentm may be appointed Administrator on sd Estate of ye Said Peter Talbot Deceased as there is a Necessity of Some Persons being appointed to that Trust Sooner than our Eldest Brother Peter Talbot can possibly be notified as he lives at the Distance of Near 300 miles & if he had notice, we think it not Probably he could attend on Said Business, & as our Said Eldest Brother, hath for may years past Left the Cair of his Buisness in this part of ye Country with the Said Samuel, by a Power for that Purpose, We have reason to think he would decline Taking the Administration upon him if he was here.
