Patrick Roney has his name accepted as Peter Patrick Roney amongst family members who have researched the family yet the 2 documents I have seen which reference his name are marriage and death certificates for his son, Peter Roney.

On the marriage certificate it could be either Patrick or Peter.

On the death certificate it is clearly Patrick.

Worth noting here is that the information on the marriage certificate which is harder to make out and could be either Peter or Patrick, would have been provided by his son.

The information which can be seen clearly has a greater likelihood of error. This is provided by a grandson, Person:Harry Roney (1) at the time of his fathers death. The reason I say that there could be an error is that at the same time the death certificate lists Peter Roney's mother as unknown.
