Percy was baptised at St Nicholas' church, Southfleet on 8th August 1884.
The 1891 census records that Percy was a school boy and he was living with his family at 25 Perry Street, Northfleet. Percy died at Nanaimo, British Columbia in Canada on 5th November 1918, perhaps from pneumonia during the Spanish Flu Pandemic.
