Os married Lafavor Belle "Faye" Tyler on 12 Aug 1914 in Arcola, Webster County, WV, 10 days after his brother Ted married.

In 1918, he and Faye had a daughter who died at 11 months from influenza. Faye also had influenza at that time. (She would recover and outlive Os.)

By 1920 Os was a laborer at the lumber mill. By 1930 he was an Engineer living with his family in Beaver, Nicholas County, WV.

Os registered for both WWI and WWII drafts.

Buried in the Arcola Cemetery, Webster County is "J.W. Gray, son of O. C. & F. B. Gray." (Information on his other children is not posted as many of them are still with us, glad to say.)
