Succeeded Sir Nicholas Tulloch (senior) as vicar of Ruthven and chaplain of Logy, who died 26 Oct 1536. [S1] magister Martin Tulloch is also listed as vicar of Ruthven and chaplain of Logy until his death on 30 Nov 1523.

He was chaplain to Bishop William Tulloch of Moray, in 1480. [S1]

His daughter married Alexander Dunbar, Dean of Moray. [S4]
