- Nathaniel Harrison of “Brandon” Prince George County, bought 371 acres on the north side of the Meherrin River in Brunswick County 2-3 April 1739.
Will Abstract
- The will of Nathaniel Harrison left his second wife the use of a plantation for life. The rest of his estate went to daughter Elizabeth Fitzhugh for her life and then to son Benjamin (will dated 1 Aug. 1789 recorded 13 Mar. 1792).
Notes
- The Bristol Parish vestry appointed Nathaniel Harrison to procession the boundaries of farms from Puddledock to Lieutenants Run in 1763-67. He became a vestryman of that parish in 1767, succeeding Alexander Bolling, and served until 1768, when he resigned.
