    "7 Nathaniel2 Emerson, son of Thomas and Elizabeth Emerson, was born 1631 in England, and died at Ipswich, 29 December, 1712. He married Sarah _____. She died at Ipswich, 3 August, 1670. They resided at Ipswich, Chebacco Parish. Mr. Emerson was an husbandman and inherited, by his father’s will, the homestead. He testified, in 1659, that he was aged 28; and again in 1691, that he was aged 60.—Essex Court Files.
