Agreement to divide the estate was made by the widow Mary Cowdry, eldest brother Jacob Cowdery, 2d brother Thomas Cowdery, 3d brother Moses Cowdery, 4th brother William Cowdery, 5th brother Jabez Cowdery, Obadiah Gates and Huldah his wife, and second sister Mehitabel Cowdery, 'only heirs.'"
