Nathaniel CHRISTIAN bc 1723-1733 (named as underaged son in 23 October 1743 Goochland Co., VA, will of father, Thomas CHRISTIAN)[5]

"Nathaniel Christian's son Thomas, born about 1750-57, was one of the securities of Nathaniel's estate (along with Thomas' brother-in-law William Boydston (1753-1838)); and, of course, as a 22 to 29-year-old was quite old enough to serve in such a capacity. Nathaniel's son Thomas was living in Cocke Co., TN, in 1830 at the same time the other Thomas was living in Tazewell Co., VA. The U. Location: Amelia County. Grantee(s): Christian, Nathaniel and Christian, Jane his wife. Description: 400 acres on the forks of Spring Creek. Source: Land Office Patents No. 36, 1764-1767 (v.1 & 2 p.557-1083), p. 1050 (Reel 36).

Estate Records of Nathaniel Christian

At a court held for Montgomery County March 2nd., 1779.
Administration of all and Singular the goods and chattels of Nathaniel Christian deceased who died without will is granted to Jane Christian who entered into bond with security according to Law.
Ordered that Alexander Ewing, William Ewing, James Douglas and William Love or any three of them being first sworn do appraise the Estate of the said Nathaniel and return the Same to this Court."

  2.   It is felt that Drucilla Holland parents were Nathaniel Christian and Jane Ewing , Nathaniel Christian Died around 1778 , and Jane Ewing is found in Green County Tennessee , on the tax rolls in 1787-88 along with William Boydston who married Elizabith Christian the oldest child of Nathanial and Jane Christian , several of the Christian's sons , Thomas & John Holland were also on the Green County early Tax Rolls . From information left by Jacob Holland his mother Drucilla Died in Platte County Mo. in 1851 . It is believed that Drucilla (Christian ) Holland may be buried in the Davis Chapel Cemetery about five miles east of Dearborne Missouri in Platte County or she may have been taken to be buried next to her husband Thomas Holland over in Clay County no grave marker has been found . In the winter of 1845 Drucilla Gave a deposition to the court recorder from Clay Co. Mo. at the home of Benjamin Holland who lived near Dearborne Mo. Drucilla Holland filed a Slander Suite against John Smith and wife on September 17, 1849 and on September 6, 1850 the case was dismissed at the said defendant's cost . Jacob Holland her son, left a letter with Leondias Jackson Holland that Drucilla died in 1851. but have not found her grave. Notes from: Descendants of Benjamin Holland
