Will

In the Name of God, Amen. the Sixth Day July 1757. I Nathaniel Allen, of Weston, in the County of Midd[l]esex in His Maj'ts province of the Massachusets Bay in New England Yeoman being in helth & Perfect minde & memory, thanks be Given to God: but Calling to minde the mortallty of my Body, & knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Dye, Do make & Ordaine this My Last Will and Testament, that is to Say, Principally, and first of all, I give & Recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it; and my Body I Recommend to the Earth, to be buryed in decent Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executor; nothing doubting but at ye Generall Resurection I Shall Receive the Same again by the Mighty power of God. And as touching such Worldy Estate wherewith it has been pleased God to bless me in his Life, I Give, Demise & Dispose of the Same in the Following manner & forme after my Debts my debts [sic], my wives & my Finurell Charges are paid or my wives Marrage.

Imprimus. I give and bequeath to my Son Josiah Allen of Weston aforesaid all my Estate, both Reall and Personall to him his Heirs and assignes Forever, on condition of his taking Care of me & my wife During our Naturall Lives & Decently Burying us after our Deathe (or my wives Marage)

Item I give to my Daughter Mary Jones Fiften pounds Lawfull money of New England to be paid to her one year after my Decease as her full portion out of my Estat with what she hath already Received.

It'm I give & bequeath to my Daughter Martha Livermore fifteen Pounds Lawfull money to be paid to her two years after my Decease as her full portion out of my Estate with what She has already Received.

It'm I Give to my Daughter Rachiel Train fifteen pounds Lawfull Money to be paid to her Three years after my Decease as her full portion out of of My Estate with what She has already Received: all the above Legacies to be paid by My Executor at ye particular period aboves'd.

And I do hereby Constitute make & ordain my Son Josiah Allen Sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament, and I do hereby utterly Dissallow, Revoke and Disannull all & Every other former Testaments Wills, Legacies & bequests, and Executors, by me in any ways before Named and Bequeathen, Rattifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last will and Testament. In Wittness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Day and year above Written.

Moreover your honour Spoke of the Deacons of the Town and I have mesined it to him and he Says he will not Doe anything at preasant.
