    Will of "Nathan Steevens of Andover", dated 23 Jul 1714, proved 13 Mar 1718names Samuel Stevens the son of my Brother John Steavens Deceased, Abiel Stevens the son of my said Brother John Steevens [provided he quitclaim his interest in part of this father's homestead to his younger brothers Benjamin and David], Ebenezer Stevens the son of my Brothers John Stevens, David Steevens son of my Brother John Steevens, kinswoman Elizabeth Stevens wife of my Nephew Nathan Stevens, my cousin Nathan Steevens the son of my Nephew Nathan Stevens, John Barker son of William Barker Seni'r of Andover, my Nephew Samuel Stevens above named the Eldest son of my sister in Law Ester Steevens [note: same Samuel as above, strange wording because Esther was 2nd wife of brother John] deceased the sole executor. Codicil dated 17 Feb 1717/18, gives land previously bequeathed to Samuel Stevens the son of my Brother John Stevens to Samuel Stevens eldest son of the said Samuel Stevens deceased. Additional bequests to nephews Ebenezer Stevens, Abiel Stevens, Benjamin Stevens and David Stevens. Gives executorship to nephew Abiel Stevens.
    10 Mar 1717/18 Abiel Stevens gave bond as executor of Nathan Stevens Late of Andover Dec'd.
