Excepting what was mine in the Lifetime of Elizabeth my former wife", "Nathan Brigham my Eldest son", "my Son Thomas", "my Son Ephraim Brigham", "my daughter Elizabeth the wife of John Stow","my daughter Sarah", "my daughter Zeporah the wife of John [smudge]", "my daughter Hannah the wife of Jabez Rice", "my three sons viz Nathan Brigham Thomas Brigham and Ephraim Brigham ... Sole Executors".
"march:3'd:1746/7" consent to approve will signed by Mehittable Brigham, Nathan Brigham, Thomas Brigham, Ephraim Brigham, John Stow, Eliza'th Stow, Uriah Eager, John Warren, Zipporah Warren, Jabaz Rice, Hannah Rice.
From the agreement of heirs: "viz The said Mehtabel the afore Mentioned Widow in her own right of dower and Nathan Brigham Thomas Brigham and Ephraim Brigham each of us in our own right: and John Stow and Elizabeth his wife in her right and Uriah Eager in the right of Sarah his wife Deceased: and John Warren and Zipporah his wife in her right: and Jabez Rice and Hannah his wife in her right".
