I have no direct proof that Nancy Dugger is a child of Julius Dugger, but she did live and marry in Coles Co., IL where he was. On 1 Feb 1840 - William N. Shaw married Nancy Dugger in Coles Co., IL. They weren't on the 1840 census in Coles Co. IL. Nancy apparently died before 1 Mar 1843 for on that date William N. Shaw married Jane Wallace in Coles Co., IL.
