His will, dated 19 Dec., 1737, mentions wife, Dorothy; son Nathaniel, who is to have the homestead; daughter Elizabeth Parker; daughter Hannah Wood's children; grandchildren Nathan Wood, Phebe Wood, Hannah Andreas, Bridget Pemberton, Abigail Bradstreet, Hannah Bradstreet, Moses Bradstreet (Essex Probate, 325:10). His home, after 1696, was the Bradstreet farm, then in Ipswich, now in Rowley.
