SUDER Daily American, June 3, 1996 Miles Suder, Jr., 76, of Markleysburg RD 1, died June 2, 1996, at Kamp's Personal Care Home, Markleysburg. Born Sept. 18, 1919, at Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Miles Suder Sr. and Nellie (Beals) Byrne. Suder was owner and operator of Hill Crest Tavern, Route 40. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a life member of VFW Post 47, Uniontown. Member of American Legion Post 247, Grantsville, Md., and Uniontown Lodge 307, BPOE. Survivors include 2 aunts and a number of cousins. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md., where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating. Interment, Bittinger Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Uniontown Hospice. |
