The Great Migration Begins: Immigrants to New England, 1620-1633, in the article on Thomas Little, suggests a birth of "say 1645", meaning there is no evidence on which to base an estimate. Thomas was granted land in Plymouth in 1647 as long as he lived there, and even in 1652 he was called "sometimes inhabitant of the town of Plymouth" so Mercy's birth probably occurred there whether she was born in 1646 or one of the earlier estimates I have seen. Her brother Thomas' will names her last of her sisters suggesting she is the youngest, which probably means couldn't be born much earlier than 1641. Her marriage in 1666 would not be inconsistent with a birth sometime in 1641-1646.
