On 25 December 1852, William Pask of Bardney, widower, farmer and son of William Pask, carpenter, and Mary Wood, daughter of William Wood, farmer, were married by licence at the parish church of Bardney, Lincolnshire, by the vicar, William Walker. The marriage was witnessed by (brother-in-law of the groom) William Hall and Eliza Wood.
