From the records of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Know all men by these presents that I Mary Eavenson, widow and relict of the late George Eavenson of the Township of Thornbury deceased, do hereby renounce all my right title and interest in and to the Executrixship of the said deceased's estate and request the register to grant letters to my son Richard the Executor in the said Testament named. Witness my hand and seal the 20th day of May 1810. Mrs Mary Eavenson (her seal). Witness present William Mercer, George Mercer. To Charles Kenny Esq. Regtd for Chester County.
