    "… Mary Ward, who died July 17, 1729, daughter of Samuel Ward. There is on file at Middletown (land records 5:135) an agreement between Mary Warner and Abigail Ward, daughters of Samuel Ward, and Capt. Jno. Warner of Middletown, with Ann his wife, daughter of said Samuel Ward, dated August 15, 1726. The inventory of Mrs. Mary Warner was taken on August 12, 1729, and amounted to £24-14-06. Her son Robert was appointed administrator."
