Legacies: 1/4 to children of Henry Timberlake; 1/4 to Joseph Timberlake; 1/4 to children of John Timberlake and 1/4 to Hannah wife of John Woodman.
"Mary Timberlake had four sons and two daughters: William, Henry, Joseph, John, Elizebeth and Hannah. William hath a daughter now Mrs. Mumford who had the greatest part of her father's Estate. Henry is Dead and left a son Henry and two Daughters. Joseph remains alive. John is dead left three daughters Elizebeth, Mary and Hannah. Elizebeth Coggeshall is liveing (sic) hath had of her mother before the Will a peice of land in Newport. Hannah Woodman is yet alive."
