    Samuel Fogg was baptized 1 January 1628/9 at Theydon Garnon, Essex County, England and died about 15 April 1672 at Hampton, New Hampshire. His father was John Fogge. He married (1) Anne Shaw (1636-1663), daughter of Roger (1594-1661) and Anne Shaw, 12 November 1652. He married (2) Mary Page (1644-1699), daughter of Deacon Robert and Lucy Page. Descendants lived mainly in New England.
