Yeoman ... the said Mary then and there being in said Dwelling House with her Sister Susanna Packard of Bridgewater ... a minor daughter of the aforesaid Joseph Packard ... [continuing onto response of the defendant's attorney ] ...The facts Complaind of were concealed for more than a Year and Not Complaind of untill after the Said Mary by her Own Conviction was begotten with Child by the said James... James Lindsey is Guilty of the Offence for which he stands Indicted ...
