Mary is transferred to Chester Springs Orphans School Sept. 8, 1871.
There is no record of her discharge at age 16.
1880 US Census: Lizzie Drinkwater is a housekeeper for the Crabtree family in Rock Falls, Whiteside, Illinois. She is 22 yo.
1920 U.S. Census: Mary E. Williams lives in Chicago Ward 13, Cook (Chicago), Illinois with Alice D. Johnson (her sister) and Frank P. Johnson. She is 62 yo.
