5.MARY BLACK married a Mr. Miller. They had the following known children.
21 Robert
22 George
23 Sarah
24 Mary married a Mr. Benson
(this sources does not include Elizabeth ???)
LDS sources verify that Mary Black was m. to Patrick Miller

Excerpt from the Will of Alexander Black Jr. (brother of Mary):
"It is my will that all my estate except the slaves who are to be emancipated and except the specific devices hereinafter mentioned shall be equally divided among the children, who may be living at the time of my death, of my sister Rachel Givings, my sister Mary Miller, my sister Nancy McClung, my sister Peggy Phemster, and my brother William Black."

Analysis: Since Alexander Black Jr.'s will was proven in 1827, it appears likely that Mary was still alive at the writing of his will. This appears to contradict some that believe that Mary was the likely first wife of Patrick Miller, perhaps making it more likely that she may have been Patrick Miller's second wife. More research/records necessary.

Mary was not named in the will or estate records of Patrick Wilson in Bath County (abt. 1805), making it problematic for her to have been alive several years later and (apparently) mentioned in the will of her likely brother Alexander Black. More research is needed.
