Some people think that Mary Biswell is Joel Halbert wife

Mary Biswell chose William Bizwell for her guardian and the said William with John Miller and George Green his securities acknowledged their bond for the same which is ordered recorded.

William above is not her brother William because William (brother) is to young be a guardian.
But I found a William Biswell who might be Jeremiah Biswell brother and this man could be the Guardianing for Mary.
Rather than Sarah and Mary Halbert being the children of Joel Halbert I and Mary Cook(e) and grandchildren of John Cooke, this account will present documentation to show that Mary Cooke was the grandmother, and John Cooke was the great-grandfather of Sarah and Mary Halbert and that their mother was Mary "Biswell/Bizwell"
Mary Cooke was the daughter of John Cooke and his wife Susannah Pells, dau. of Timothy Pells and his wife Alice.[8] Mary married (1) David Jenkins. He died and Mary married Jeremiah Bizwell. On 20 Feb 1706/07, Jeremiah Biswell and Mary, his wife, Exec's , presented in court an inventory of the said deceased estate.[9] (Jeremiah had been married before, his first wife said to be Elizabeth Butler, by whom he had a son, William Bizwell.)
