"Samuel Berry of Harwich" [husband of John's daughter Elizabeth] appt'd adm. on 3 Oct 1700 to estate of "John Bell formerly of Yarmouth ... who died Intestate." Inventory 27 Sep 1700 included charges by "Samuel Berry" for caring for "his s'd Father in law John Bell" for 3 years and the same for "s'd Bells wife" for five years. He also asked for reimbursement of funeral expenses for both. The inventory included a cow that "Samuel Nickersons Daughter had". Settlement 2 Oct 1700, mentions "his two Daughters to say Elizabeth Berry and Mary Nickerson".
