Morris \par Trespass to recover damages for entering Plaintiff's enclosure and taking and carrying away their corn. Damage $50 \par Thomas broke down the young corn, carried away 500 bushels of corn and hay, destroyed 100 white oaks, 100 black oaks, 100 hickories, 100 walnuts and other trees. Threw down 100 rods of fence. \par \par Record F pg. 311 \par Nancy Morris sues by her guardian, Joseph Parrett. For trespass. (The land is the farm on which Thomas H. Morris has resided for the past 2 Years ) \par \par Record F pg. 313 \par Patterson Morris sues Thomas Morris for assault and battery. Thomas assaulted him at Union Twp., Fayette Co., Ohio with great force and violence and with a stick and fists struck Patterson a great many violent blows about his head, face, breast, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and divers other parts of his body. Threw him to the ground and then kicked him. A second time beat Patterson so that his life ws desparied of for a while. Plaintiff recovered $9.54 \par \par Deed Book F page 554 555 \par Jesse Grubbs and Louisa his wife and Isaac Newman and Margaret his wife, the former of Fayette Co., Ohio and the latter of Pickaway Co. in the state of Ohio and Joseph Parrett, Sr. of Fayette Co. For $600 to them in hand paid sell unto said party of the second part SEVEN undivided eights of the folowing tracts lying in Fayette Co. Ohio. Beginning at a stake in the line of the original survey and corner to the tract of land set off to SARAH PARRETT, late SARAH MORRIS for DOWER in the estate of Mark Morris deceased, thence, with said original corner, thence with another of the original lines of the survey N to another corner of the tract set off to said Sarah Parrett for her dower, as aforesaid, thence with the last mentioned tract to the beginning, containing about 110 acres be the same more or less, being part of survey 4128 made in the name of Duncan McArthur. In the deed dated April 7, 1815 Mark's wife is named Sally. \par \par Transcripts of deed where Thomas H. Morris sold his share in Mark's land O ctober 15, 1831. Another dated August 8, 1849 where Thomas H. Morris, of Macon Co., Illinois sold Sarah's land which was given to her as her dower.}
