Facts and Events
Margaret Kennedy was born in the city of Cork in about 1867. In 1900 she was married in Cork to a butler named Denis Cleary. She was working as a servant at the time of their marriage.
Shortly after their marriage they moved to County Limerick, where they lived at Mountcoote, just east of the town of Kilmallock. Whilst living in County Limerick, the couple's only child, Agnes, was born. By 1911 the family was living in the city of Dublin, at a rather large 14 roomed house to the south of the city centre. Whilst on census night they were the only people listed in the house, the fact that Denis gave his occupation as butler suggests that it may have been his employer's house.
Margaret has yet to be traced after the 1911 census.
