  3. Based on the VRs, the death seems indicated to be 1688/89 but the final digit is a guess so it is not convincing. Likewise the husband's second marriage has a year that is guessed by the compilers, and clearly wrong no matter what: 1685. The second wife was the widow of a man who died in 1687 when she was bonded as his administrator and the first child of the second marriage is born in early 1693, and while the reason for Clements to say Lydia died in 1689/90, versus the compiler's guess of 1688/89, is not known, it seems plausible and is followed.
