Lydia Dugger was born ca 1773 or thereabouts, probably in Brunswick Co, VA. I don't know if there is any solid proof that she is a child of Alexander and Ann Dugger, but she was in Orange Co, NC at the same time they were, and she married there, proving it was her residence. On 4 Dec 1794 William Davis obtained a marriage bond in Orange Co, NC to marry Lydia Dugger. Richard Davis was bondsman. Due to the multitude of "William Davis" in the records, I have not attempted to trace this family. If part of Alexander's family, then they probably went to Greene Co., TN with them.
