2nd I give and Bequeath to my Loving Wife Fanny TIFFANY, all my Household Furniture which has been purchased or added since our Marriage, also on milking Cow, or Value thereof in Money, in addition to the sum of eighty-eight Dollars & forty cents, which she received from my estate on the 18th of May A.D. 1838, and for which she gave a receipt at said Time.
3rd I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sally CONDIST, residing at Bristol, Ontario County, New York, to her and her heirs forever all the Household Furniture which belonged to her honored Mother, except what I have paid her for, since my second Marriage.
4th I give and bequeath to my Son Chauncey TIFFANY, all the residue and remainder of my Estate, both real and personal, not heretofore disposed of by Deed or otherwise, that I may be possessed of--to him and his heirs, forever.
