I have been unable to locate any additional records pertaining to Joanne. Jack Wayne Leever (SS # 268-28-1545) died 26 Jun 1993 in Deltona, Florida".

It could be that though she lived in Loveland, her financial chores were handled by her son Jack who lived in Deltona, Florida and thus her social security checks would have Deltona as her last known address.
