He was then living in North Santee, Georgetown County, South Carolina, working for Col. Manigault. King's children's names were listed as Cuffy (no surname listed) and Georgiana (deceased). His brothers and sisters were listed as Frank Pringle (deceased), Georgiana Steward, Nancy (deceased), and Delia (deceased).
