Keshia's age varies with every census record. Her birth year was estimated based on the information given by the pension claims department in a letter to Judge J. W. Jackson written in 1938 in which it was stated that Kezziah Jackson Wright was 53 years old, a resident of Morgan County, Illinois in 1855. Her birth location is based on the location of her father during the years 1800-1803 as per his pension application.

The Andrew Wright living next household to Reuben and Kesiah in 1850 is the son of Reuben's brother, Abner.
