Kathleen Mary Williams was born in 1904 at Stonehouse in Devon, daughter of Hannah Williams, formerly May, and her husband Joseph Williams, a dockyard labourer. She appears in the 1911 census living with her father and his parents at 1 High Street in Stonehouse (her mother appears to have been away on census night).

Kathleen appears to have died as a young woman of just 19 years old in 1923.
