Died at age 92 years. His will was dated 5 Mar 1753, and proved 5 May 1761.

Kenelm Winslow owner of the twenty-fourth lot at Plymouth. This lot was settled by Nathaniel, son of Kenelm, and Josiah, a grandson. Nathaniel did not long remain, but Josiah continued to reside thereon till his death, April 3, 1761.
