Wife to be executrix. "... nominate his Relict widow Elizabeth Execturix who has refused to accept that trust", Josias Byles of Boston to administer the estate with the Testament Annexed.

Vol. 21, p. 380 20 Apr 1719: "Whereas it hath been represented and made appear [sic] to me That your Brother Mather Byles was born some years after your said Father Josiah Byles made his late Will & Testam't: and so had no Legacy given him therein... entitled to a single share ... he [father] having left but five Children ... a sixth part of the said Sum belongs to the said Mather Byles".
