Sadler being Sick", dated 29 Jun 1704, proved 8 Apr 1708, names wife Elizabeth Byles ["Estate whatsoever which she brought to me at the time of our late Intermarriage"]; Eldest son Josias Byles of Boston Sadler; son Thomas Byles; daughter Sarah a young child; youngest son Samuel Byles [under age, "Indian Boy named Winchester"]; "Mother Dorothy Byles in Winchester in England"; sister Dorothy Jeffrys; Brother John Byles. Wife to be executrix. "... nominate his Relict widow Elizabeth Execturix who has refused to accept that trust", Josias Byles of Boston to administer the estate with the Testament Annexed.
