And this Court appoint Lydia Wetmore to be guardian to her children, viz. Joseph, 13 years old, Lydia 11, Ann 7, and Nathaniel 4 yrars of age, children of Joseph Wetmore.

To one percell of Wett meadow giuen him by his father Thomas Wetmore as may Appeare in his Last Will and testement being part of his fathers bogie meadow Lott Conteining two acres and thre quarters Little more or Lesse Abutting on his bother Nathanills Lott North & on obediah allyns Land Southn & on John Stows land East & the upland west.
To one percell of vpland in th bofie meadow Quarter giuen him by his father in his Last Will and testament Conteining on hundred & fifty acres Little more or lesse Abluttin on Indian Land East & a high way West & on his brother Nathen[ ] wetmor land North & on his brother John Wetmors & obediah Allynes Lands south & Lying part of it within the fenc as it now standeth.
