    !OBITUARY-

                               J. ALBERT WELLER OF CROOKSVILLE IS PARALYSIS VICTIM
     J. Albert Weller, aged 76, prominent Crooksville resident and the father of Samuel P. and Homer H. Weller, both of this city, died at his home at 6:00 Sunday evening following an illness from paralysis.  He had been in failing health for over six years, and a short time ago was stricken with paralysis,
    

    and since that time has been bedfast.

     Mr. Weller was well-known in Perry county, and was a member of the Iliff M.E. church.
     Surviving are his widow and the following children: Homer H. and Samuel P. Weller, both of Zanesville; Mrs. Alvin Smith, of Frankfort; Mrs. Joseph Pletcher, of Crooksville; Fred Weller, of East Fultonham; Mrs. Thomas Mauere, of Roseville; Ray M. Weller, of Akron; two brothers, C.E. Weller of Salina, Kan.; J.W. Weller, of East Fultonham; two sisters; Mrs. Edward Grimsley, of Lancaster, and Mrs. Seward Jones, of Newton Highlands, Mass. and 17 grandchildren.
     The funeral will be held at the Iliff M.E. church at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, and burial will be made in the Fultonham cemetery by Cannon & Cannon.
