1788 April 28. JOSEPH RUTHERFORD's will dated June 7, 1787, proved in Rockingham Co., VA, but filed in the District Court in Prince Edward Co., VA. Joseph provided for his wife, MARY, and his sons, ELLIOTT, Joseph, Reuben, Robert, and Archibald, and appointed ELLIOTT as his sole executor. [Prince Edward Co.
