Will of Joseph Reed, dated 18 Apr 1737, probated 29 Mar 1742, mentions wife Phebe Reed; three daughters Phebe Pierce (according to text, wife of James), Susanna Fowle and Abigail Reed; grandchild Joseph Reed son of his son Joseph (Josiah Converse guardian); son Nathaniel double share, to take care of Abigail (non compos mentis). Deeds show there was also a son Joshua, deceased before 1735.
