Joseph Holbrook (January 16, 1806 – November 14, 1885) was a Mormon pioneer in the U.S. territory of Utah.

Holbrook was born in Florence, New York, and died in Bountiful, Utah Territory. Before Bountiful, Holbrook was in Clay County, Missouri, and was affected by the 1838 Mormon War. Holbrook was a member of Zion's Camp. Michel L. Call Tracey Call's genealogy book, 1933: lists birth date as Jan 15, 1806 .and death date as May 14.
