    27 Dec 1715: Bond of Isaac Gleson of Sudbury as administrator of his late father Joseph Gleson of Sudbury dec'd intestate.
    18 Jan 1716 [3rd year of George, so between 1 Aug 1716 and 1 Aug 1717, i.e., 1716/17]: Agreement of heirs between Isaac Gleason only surviving son, Jacob Newell of Attleborough and Joyce his Wife Daughter of ye said Joseph Glezen, Samuel Willis of Sudbury and Susanna his wife eldest daughter of ye s'd Joseph Glezen, Noah Morse of Sherbourne and Abigail his Wife ye third daughter, Samuel Biglo of Marlborough and Mary his Wife ye fourth & youngest daughter, whereas the estate of our Honoured ffather Joseph Glezen being incapable of division, and eldest son Joseph Glezen Dec'd had his portion advanced in his lifetime, and "our Aged Mother Mrs Abigail Glezen ye widow of our Dec'd father above Named is very Aged, & also A Criple Not able to shift for her selfe", and she has chosen to live with Isaac, "in ye House where her Dec'd Husband Left Her", for £60 paid by Isaac, Isaac to have the real estate and care for the widow, widow getting her thirds not only for life but to dispose of to her heirs.
    17 Jan 1716/17: Abigail Gleson, noting pending agreement, being "very aged & a Criple Not Able to bear to be Removed from place to place to my Daughters who Live Remote", desires to dwell with son Isaac and he to have the thirds generously allowed her as "recompenc".
    27 May 1717: Judge rules on objection of Hannah Gleason, widow of Joseph Jr and guardian of his children [named Elizabeth Jason and Phinehas in her power to attorney to William Jenison], that Joseph had in his lifetime, above his double portion so agreement allowed.
