A second marriage to Mary Fitz Randolph Thorne is conjectured by the author of the Fitz Randolph book (pg 19 and 21) but she says this is not documented. Mary married a Fitz Randolph but if it was this Joseph is not proved. The d/o/d for Joseph's first wife is 1738; the date of marriage for Mary was after 1735 when she administered her 1st husband's estate. So it is possible.
