Early settler in Stafford, CT about 1733. Marriage to first wife Marcy Hail at Stafford in 1735. He married Thankful at Norwich, CT in 1737 and they had their first child Israel at Canterbury in 1741 and then a daughter in Windham in 1743. The rest of their children were born at Stafford through 1755. Nothing afterward, so may have left the area. Two daughters were married in South Armenia, Dutchess Co, NY.
