    Joseph2 Booth (Richard1), born at Stratford, Conn., 8 Mar. 1656, died there 31 Aug. 1703; married first, by 1686, Hannah Wilcoxson, born at Stratford, 14 Feb. 1664/ 5, died there 10 July 1701, aged 38 (gravestone), daughter of John and Elizabeth (Bourn) (Welles) Wilcoxson; married second, about 1702-3, Elizabeth Bostwick, born at Stratford, 1 Oct. 1677, died at New Haven, Conn., May 1716, daughter of John and Mary (Brinsmade) Bostwick. She married second, 12 Nov. 1712, John Mix of New Haven, born 25 Aug. 1676, died 20 Dec. 1721, and had issue by him. His will, 14 Aug. 1703, proved 3 Jan. 1703/4, mentions deeds of gift to sons; wife Elizabeth; daughter Hannah (under 18); sons James, Joseph, Robert, David, Nathan; balance to six sons and daughters; friend Sergt. John Hawley, executor.
